I am an assistant researcher for the European Space Agency (ESA) in a project involving the use of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) in Space. Our team studies the use of MEMS in Space. I will add more details shortly...
DC Motor Drive
I developed this DC Motor Drive for my first project, but I have worked more on it since then. Using dsPIC microprocessors and power electronics I have been able to greatly improve the weight and size of the drive compared to others (e.g. the one we had from MaxonMotors).
